Licensing

License Options:

Propalms TSE is licensed per Concurrent User. Your software licenses are delivered as a Base Key and additional Expansion Keys. One Base Key is required per team. A team is a combination of the following:

• One or more TSE Applications Servers
• One or more TSE Virtual Desktop Servers
• One or more TSE Web Servers
• One or more TSE Load Balancer Servers
• One or more TSE Relay Servers

The minimum initial order for each team is 5 users and you can order any number greater than this or order more at a later date as you expand. Please keep your Base Key safe as you will need this each time you order more Expansion Licenses.

Expanding Your Server Team:

When you require additional user licenses, simply quote your Base Key and the number of additional users required and an Expansion Key will be generated based on this number.

Base Key Activation:

Once you have installed your Base Key, you will need to activate it within 60 days. Activation is performed from within the product itself. Expansion Keys can be added to a live server team at any time and are tied to the Base Key. This means you cannot install them on any other server team.

Software Maintenance:

When you purchase you can choose either a license with one or two year’s software maintenance.

Software Maintenance entitles you to all future updates whether interim releases or new major releases of TSE.

After the initial maintenance as purchased with your license expires, you again have the option to renew this maintenance for either one or two years. We will contact you when you are nearing the end of your maintenance period to ensure you have continuity of cover.

You are only eligible for upgrades if your maintenance subscription remains current.
