Patricia PETIT is at the top of the hierarchy. It gives her the right to see the baskets of all her coworkers.

On her home page, she has access to a monitoring basket with a global view on the departments:

The department list displays the number of active documents in the basket. It is possible to filter the results by category, status and contact name.

She can view a document with a simple click on its line.

Patricia PETIT also can consult all documents with full text and multi-criteria search.

Tools to monitor the activity

Maarch Entreprise proposes a set of tools to monitor the activity. The access to reports can be set up indepently and group by group.

In the menu, click on reports entry: reports are grouped by modules (each module can bring its own reports). Maarch Entreprise provides default reports, such as "types of mail by perdiod":

What you should keep in mind

• Fine management of roles brings precise customisation of what users can do: features, reports, administration, etc.
• User rights can be based on the structure of the organisation.
