Partners and customers who are part of the technology preview program are able to download an early version of Ingres VectorWise and are given assistance from Ingres with testing, assessments, and benchmarks. Dozens of leading partners and customers representing regions around the world are participating in the technology preview program.

Rapid-I, a leading provider of software, solutions, and services in the fields of predictive analytics, data mining, and text mining has been testing Ingres VectorWise as part of a new data mining engine for RapidMiner, its flagship product that stands as the world-leading open-source system for data and text mining. Rapid-I has already seen dramatic results in its initial testing of Ingres VectorWise.
