Propalms, Inc. Receives Purchase Order for TSE 6.0 from Saudi Arabian Ministry of Education

MALTON, England, July 7, 2010 – Marketwire- Propalms, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PRPM) is pleased to announce that the Company has received a purchase order from King Abdulaziz City for Science & Technology (KACST) for 250 licenses for its TSE 6.0 software. The initial 250 licenses purchased by the KACST will be utilized by ECP Department.

Propalms TSE is designed to make the most of customers Windows® Terminal Services deployment by leveraging the most recent enhancements to the Microsoft® Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP). Propalms TSE adds indispensable management capabilities and scales to accommodate growing users, applications and servers, securely, reliably, and cost-effectively.

King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) is an independent scientific organization administratively reporting to the Prime Minister. KACST is both the Saudi Arabian national science agency and its national laboratories. The science agency function involves science and technology policy making, data collection, funding of external research, and services such as the patent office. Established in 1977, the King Abdul Aziz City for Science and Technology promotes the advancement of science and technology throughout the Kingdom. Some of the objectives of the school include; the fostering of the private sector to develop agricultural and industrial research, and the enhancement of various research programs between the Kingdom and international scientific institutions in order to keep abreast of scientific advances whether through scholarship or joint research.

Propalms recently announced that the Company’s Board of Directors approved a dividend of Infrared Systems International common shares for shareholders of record as of July 16, 2010, with a payment date no later than August 16, 2010. Propalms shareholders are to receive 1 (one) restricted share of Infrared Systems International common stock for every 30 (thirty) shares they own of Propalms as of the Record Date; with no fractional shares to be issued.
