Browse and print
Browse for a document and print it immediately, all from the display of the Xerox MFP. Using the ScanFlowStore interface, you can browse for any print ready file, such as PDF, JPG or TIFF, that is stored in a Windows file structure, Xerox DocuShare or Microsoft SharePoint.

Personalized templates & Authentication
Allows for personalized scan menus based on a unique User ID or Name/Password. After logon via the authentication module, the credentials will be validated and user information is populated. The user name will be shown and a personalized scan menu will appear, giving greater control and security.

Bates stamp
Bates stamp is used in many business fields to sequentialy number or date/time-mark images or documents as they are scanned to guarantee authenticity.

Interactive communication
The InterActive Client uses bi-directional communication to allow real time access to any database from the MFP user interface. From this database users may select the appropriate customer, creditor or any other variable that is specified.
