On occasion, a customer requires features and functionality not immediately available in the current version of eCopy software. With eCopy Professional Services (ePS), you can deliver the software customization needed to close the sale and more effectively meet the specialized needs of your customer’s business environment. The ePS software engineering group is dedicated to tailoring eCopy software to respond to your customer’s requests for expanded feature sets and/or functionality.

Customization requests are comprised of anything that is not currently available in the current product offering. For example, changes to the product workflow; specialized connectors that provide specific functionality, integration into a database server; special alerts; and many others that extend the basic functionality of the core product. Each customization request is evaluated to determine if the desired end result can be achieved through ePS.
